Mentionlytics is a growing, award-winning SaaS company trusted globally for our innovative Brand Monitoring and Social Media Analytics platform. We empower businesses, agencies, and professionals to monitor online mentions, track sentiment, and engage strategically with their audience.

We’re seeking a Community Manager to help us expand our online presence, build a loyal community around our brand, and amplify our voice across multiple platforms. As an AI enthusiast, you should be able to experiment with emerging tools to enhance engagement, streamline workflows, and unlock new ways to understand community needs.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement

• Actively engage in communities such as Reddit, Quora, Slack groups, LinkedIn groups, and forums to expand our brand reach and voice.
• Manage online reviews and feedback loops; share insights with marketing, product, and support teams.
• Build relationships with customers, advocates, influencers, and potential partners.
• Organize and participate in virtual events, webinars, or Q&A sessions that build community and educate users.

Content Creation

• Collaborate with the team and leverage AI to create video content, documentation content, or repurpose user questions into social or blog content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on product releases and collaborate with internal teams to communicate them externally.

Social Media Management

• Respond to relevant conversations, questions, and mentions.
• Contribute ideas for social media content and campaigns based on trends and audience feedback through social listening analysis.
• Be involved in the execution of the social media plan.
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and contribute in generating monthly performance reports.
• Represent Mentionlytics across social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by creating and posting engaging, brand-aligned content.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience in either online community engagement (internships, freelance, or personal projects welcome) or social media management.
• Are confident in writing engaging, concise posts and comments tailored to various platforms.
• Are familiar with modern social platforms, community trends, and digital communication styles.
• Communicate clearly and enthusiastically in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple platforms and conversations.
• Love exploring tools and trends to leverage new AI tools and techniques into your expertise.
• Have a basic understanding of
  • content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Notion, or basic video editing tools),
  • social listening tools
  • AI tools for content creation

Bonus Points For:

• Experience launching or running a digital community, ambassador program, or content series.
• Hands-on use of tools like Mentionlytics, HubSpot, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Public Relations, digital storytelling, or customer success experience.
• A friendly, authentic tone with a good sense of humor and empathy.
